Graduate Trainee – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

CEVA Logistics is seeking ambitious graduates to join its SKY Graduate Trainee Programme. Over 12 to 24 months you will gain hands‑on experience on high‑impact logistics projects, work with cross‑functional teams and present results to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse data from multiple sources, produce recommendations and distribute reports to resolve operational issues.
• Assist in developing and measuring KPIs and operational improvement processes.
• Create and update reports according to manager or customer requirements.
• Participate as a full member of project teams to achieve milestones and deliverables.
• Present progress and intermediate results to steering committees.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders and follow up on assignments independently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or final‑year students with less than 2 years of work experience.
• Strong interest in logistics and supply chain management.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
