Graphic & Packaging Designer – Oral Care Brand

About the role

P&G is hiring a designer for its Oral Care Design Studio in Singapore, working on the Oral-B brand. The role covers end-to-end graphic and packaging design, from concept ideation to production execution, reporting to the Oral Care Design Director and collaborating with Brand Management/Marketing, Packaging Engineering, Product Supply, Artwork Delivery and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative ideation and visual strategy for Japan and Korea, adapting global Oral-B design guidelines to regional packaging concepts, brand identity elements and visual communication systems.
• Translate and adapt global master visual concepts across regional product lines, variants, form factors and packaging substrates with consistent visual quality.
• Work with packaging engineers, pre-press specialists and artwork teams to check regulatory layouts, print feasibility, materials and production constraints.
• Create and manage layered, fit-for-use master design files using industry-standard 2D software, ensuring smooth flow into artwork delivery and pre-press.
• Maintain regional design matrices, toolkits and visual standards in line with global Oral-B brand guidelines.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong focus on FMCG/CPG packaging and brand design.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent design projects in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Brand Design or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Japanese is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• File construction, layer management and preparation of assets for packaging execution.
• Graphic design, packaging layout, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to defend design rationale and manage deliverables independently.
