Senior Creative Designer - Luxury Beauty Brand

About the role

SK-II is building a new archetype of creative agency from within, a studio of makers, designers, writers and artists working closely with the brand. It is looking for a Senior Creative to join a small group of makers, writers and designers reporting to the Global Creative Director. The work covers hero brand films, packaging, retail, digital, 0 to 1 product launches and immersive experiences, and sits at the intersection of design and advertising.

Required profile

• Degree in Fine Arts, Illustration or Animation.
• 3 to 5 years in the film industry or production houses under the art/visualisation department.
• Experience in luxury and beauty is a big plus.
• A body of work spanning design and advertising, with a strong understanding of anatomy, perspective, colour theory and composition.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity, without needing a brief to deliver well.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere.
• AI image generation tools such as Weaviy, Flora or ComfyUI.
• Preferrably basic 3D knowledge (Blender, ZBrush, Cinema 4D).
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
