Group Finance Manager

About the role

SharkNinja APAC is seeking a Group Finance Manager to lead the finance function across the APAC region from its Singapore headquarters. The role will support the Finance Controller in consolidation, intercompany accounting, and driving operational efficiencies through automation and standardisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial consolidation and reporting for all APAC business units, including audit coordination.
• Manage intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translations and group‑level adjustments.
• Oversee daily financial operations such as accounts receivable, general ledger and tax, ensuring timely month‑end close.
• Supervise and mentor offshore finance team members, providing guidance on controllership duties.
• Develop and enforce internal control processes to meet regulatory standards.
• Support ERP implementation and migration initiatives across regional entities.
• Assist new market entry by researching financial and regulatory requirements and shaping entry strategies.
• Handle corporate income tax and GST compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance leadership within a multi‑country environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to drive process improvements and automation.
