Group Head of Human Resources

About the role

The Group Head of Human Resources will join the executive leadership team of a leading manufacturing group in Singapore, reporting directly to the CEO. This senior role will shape the overall HR strategy, drive cultural transformation, and support the company’s rapid growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an integrated HR strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead talent management, organisational development, performance management, total rewards, succession planning and leadership development.
• Oversee HR operations and ensure consistent service delivery across all sites.
• Drive the implementation and scaling of a modern HRIS platform to improve efficiency and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Partner with senior leaders to embed a high‑performance culture, employee engagement and accountability.

Required profile

• Extensive senior HR leadership experience in complex, multinational organisations, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of leading HR transformation programmes and implementing HRIS systems.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate people strategies into business results.
• Trusted advisor to CEOs and executive teams, capable of influencing at the highest level.
