Group HR Manager – Direct Selling

About the role

We are seeking a Group HR Manager to partner directly with the CEO and senior leadership of a fast‑growing healthcare and wellness group. You will shape people frameworks that enable regional expansion and support the company’s next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive review of organisational structures, workforce capabilities, and reporting frameworks.
• Partner with senior leadership to assess talent effectiveness and identify succession opportunities.
• Drive workforce planning initiatives that support business growth and market expansion.
• Lead recruitment efforts for key management and leadership positions across the organisation.
• Develop and implement performance management, talent development, and employee engagement programmes.
• Establish scalable HR policies, processes, and governance frameworks for a growing business.
• Provide strategic HR leadership across regional operations and support future market expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of HR leadership experience with regional business‑partnering exposure.
• Proven track record in transformation, restructuring, organisational design, or change‑management initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and influencing skills, able to challenge and advise senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to build HR frameworks, policies, and people processes within a growing organisation.
• Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced, evolving environment.
