Group Senior Finance Manager (Commercial)

About the role

As a key business partner, you will translate financial insights into commercial impact, improve profitability and support the Group’s strategic priorities. Reporting to the Group Finance Controller, you will ensure that operational business units align with overall Group goals.

Key responsibilities

• Review and consolidate OBU submissions, ensuring alignment with Group guidelines.
• Lead management reporting and prepare monthly Group reports with analysis.
• Conduct financial analysis of manufacturing plant performance and identify key drivers.
• Provide dashboards and recommendations to improve profitability.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and preparation of budget packs for senior management.
• Maintain financial models for planning and strategic decisions.
• Evaluate capital projects, ROI and pay‑back periods.
• Participate in major project reviews, focusing on pricing, cash flow and risk.
• Drive system, process and reporting enhancements to increase efficiency and data integrity.
• Collaborate on digital transformation initiatives and ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, manufacturing cost accounting, FP&A, and finance business partnering in a leadership role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and solid understanding of accounting principles, group consolidation and elimination.
• Proven ability to influence non‑financial stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
