Growth Lead

About the role

HyperLink, a prime broker for Hyperliquid, is looking for a Growth Lead to drive adoption, total value locked (TVL), and expand its partner ecosystem. You will own the end‑to‑end business development process, from sourcing trading firms to forging strategic partnerships that scale the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Source and onboard trading firms, market makers, and institutional users.
• Build strategic partnerships across DeFi and trading infrastructure.
• Drive TVL growth and overall platform adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align growth initiatives with the product roadmap.
• Represent HyperLink at industry events and key communication channels.

Required profile

• Experience in business development or growth at a crypto protocol, exchange, or prime broker.
• Strong network across trading firms and DeFi projects.
• Understanding of institutional trading and on‑chain infrastructure.
• Comfortable engaging with highly technical counterparts.
• Bias toward action and delivering measurable results.
