Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

WPP Production is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to design and execute end‑to‑end growth strategies that drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention across paid, owned, and earned channels. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating closely with creative teams and external agencies to deliver performance‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing plans that align with brand objectives and measurable ROI.
• Own campaign performance across social, search, display, affiliate, and CRM channels.
• Analyse data to uncover growth opportunities, build dashboards, and report on funnel performance.
• Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and conversion rates, adjusting tactics for efficiency.
• Lead integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment between brand impact and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with agencies to evolve messaging, formats, and storytelling based on performance insights.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Advertising or Digital Marketing.
• 4–7 years of experience in growth, performance or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of managing brand campaigns with measurable business results.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels.
• Experience with data analytics, dashboard creation and performance reporting.
• Ability to design and execute A/B testing frameworks.
• Collaboration skills to work with creative teams and external agencies.
