Growth Specialist

About the role

Meteora is building the liquidity layer on Solana and needs a Growth Specialist to own the end‑to‑end user acquisition funnel. You will define what an active user looks like, design multi‑channel campaigns, convert attention into active liquidity providers, and continuously measure and improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define success metrics for each campaign and determine activation criteria for Meteora users.
• Drive top‑of‑funnel acquisition across X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms with a focus on short‑form video.
• Design the conversion path from first view to first liquidity position, including onboarding prompts and activation flows.
• Track the full funnel, build lightweight dashboards, and report performance to product and ecosystem teams.
• Iterate on campaigns by analysing results, concentrating effort on high‑performing channels, and launching the next wave.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of Web3, Solana DeFi and the broader crypto ecosystem.
• Hands‑on experience running Twitter/X campaigns and crypto‑native communications.
• Strong copywriting ability and a data‑driven, analytical mindset.
• Experience designing and executing growth strategies for product and ecosystem adoption.
• Based in Singapore (strongly preferred) and active in crypto‑native online communities.
