GTM Partnerships Manager, SME & Growth

About the role

Airwallex, the AI-native financial operating system used by more than 675,000 businesses, is hiring a GTM Partnerships Manager for its SME & Growth segment in Singapore. The role owns a curated, high-value portfolio of partners, focusing on deep, hands-on management of the existing book while also hunting new partners to fill gaps.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a curated portfolio of partners through deep, 1:1 relationship management, growing share of wallet and preventing churn
• Run tailored campaigns, proposals and co-marketing initiatives to drive referral volume and conversion
• Reactivate dormant partners before escalation is needed
• Hunt new partners through networking events, referrals and self-sourced channels
• Host and represent Airwallex at networking, partner enablement and client enablement events
• Own partner performance end-to-end, from referral generation to conversion, working with sales, operations and marketing
• Negotiate partnership terms, incentives and co-marketing commitments
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast referral and revenue performance
• Share market and partner insights with senior GTM stakeholders

Required profile

• 5+ years in channel partnerships, business development or account management, ideally in corporate secretarial, accounting or professional services in Singapore
• Track record of closing and growing partner agreements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to own numbers end-to-end and work cross-functionally

Preferred qualifications

• Network in the corporate secretarial and accounting firm community in Singapore
• Experience hosting or leading enablement events
• Familiarity with CRM tools and forecasting pipelines
• Experience in a fast-paced fintech environment
• Written and spoken English and Mandarin
