Guest Experience Executive

About the role

The Guest Experience Executive will lead the daily operations of the Executive Club Lounge at Pullman Singapore Orchard, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for guests from pre‑arrival through post‑departure. This role combines hospitality service, food & beverage oversight and concierge duties within a vibrant 5‑star hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete guest journey, from pre‑arrival to post‑departure, delivering personalized service.
• Supervise and direct the Guest Experience team, ensuring high standards of hospitality and F&B service.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to guarantee smooth service flow and resolve guest requests.
• Maintain the brand image of Pullman Singapore Orchard through flawless service delivery.
• Handle operational tasks such as staff rostering, room assignments, requisition orders and basic training.
• Utilise the Opera property management system to manage guest information and service requests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Level qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal English; ability to communicate in a second language is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and make sound judgments.
• Commitment to confidentiality and security of guest and hotel data.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS (property management system).
• Good computer literacy and basic technical knowledge of Heart of House and Guest Services operations.
