Guest Experience Expert – Concierge

About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert (Concierge) you will create memorable, personalized experiences for guests throughout their stay at our W Hotel in Singapore. You will be the friendly face that guides visitors, fulfills requests, and showcases the best of the local area while upholding the brand’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of concierge services, from check‑in/out assistance to local area recommendations.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests promptly, and complete daily reports.
• Maintain a safe work environment, follow company policies, protect assets, and ensure confidentiality.
• Move throughout the property, lifting and carrying objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Uphold professional appearance, uniform standards, and clear communication at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior hospitality experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and willingness to take initiative.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
