About the role
As a Guest Experience Expert on the Front Office team, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction feels personal and memorable. You will guide guests through check‑in, stay, and check‑out while delivering a seamless, high‑quality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently.
- Handle guest requests, operational needs, and incident reports.
- Provide local area information and promote hotel amenities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional front‑office environment.
- Move, lift, and carry objects up to 10 lb as part of daily duties.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
