About the role
The St. Regis Singapore is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager (code‑named Sophia) to lead its restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service operations. You will ensure seamless service, uphold sanitation standards, and drive both guest satisfaction and financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant, bar and room‑service activities, stepping in on the floor during peak periods.
- Maintain service quality, sanitation, and compliance with food‑handling, liquor and local regulations.
- Review staffing levels, schedule employees and ensure operational and financial targets are met.
- Lead, coach and mentor the food‑and‑beverage team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
- Assist with menu planning and ensure consistent product quality.
- Monitor and enforce all relevant health, safety and liquor‑service laws.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, **or** a 2‑year degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, Business Administration, etc., with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day operations and lead a diverse team.
- Strong focus on guest experience, employee development and financial results.
