Guest Experience Supervisor – Welcome Experience

About the role

The Guest Experience Supervisor ensures a seamless welcome for every guest at our Singapore property. You will lead the front‑desk team, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, and uphold Marriott’s high standards of service and security.

Key responsibilities

• Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity, payment method, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information and ensure rates match market codes, documenting any exceptions.
• Handle all payment types, vouchers, paid‑outs, and charges while balancing receipts and securing the bank at shift start and end.
• Compile daily reports, logs and contingency lists, and complete cashier and closing reports.
• Provide guests with directions, property information and respond to special requests, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any theft reports and follow accounting procedures for manual authorizations.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling and motivating staff, acting as a role model for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment policy.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related hospitality work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS and computer systems for guest check‑in and billing.
