About the role
This part‑time, on‑site position in Singapore is responsible for being the main point of contact for visitors, partners and guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, manage inquiries and coordinate appointments and meeting logistics.
- Maintain accurate visitor records and handle service concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve guest experience processes.
- Support training of front‑of‑house staff on guest service standards and implement feedback mechanisms.
Required profile
- Strong guest‑facing experience in Guest Relations or Customer Service with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with diverse and international stakeholders.
- Experience training or coaching front‑of‑house or customer‑facing teams.
- Proven organisational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and handle sensitive situations constructively.
- Prior experience in hospitality, corporate reception, utilities or infrastructure sectors is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency with office software and visitor management tools.
