About the role
We are looking for a proactive Guest Relations Supervisor to lead our front‑of‑house team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and well‑served throughout their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers, maintaining a professional appearance and personal grooming standards.
- Build rapport with guests, understand their needs, and manage expectations.
- Respond to enquiries, propose menu options, prepare quotations and coordinate events.
- Upsell menu items in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide attentive service to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and execute first‑level service recovery.
- Train and mentor the Leading Hostess to uphold high service standards.
- Perform any additional ad‑hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
