Handbag & Accessories Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Designer specialized in handbags and accessories to lead the development of sophisticated product collections that reflect our brand direction and market trends. The role involves turning concepts into finished products while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop sophisticated product collections such as bags, sunglasses, jewelry, aligned with brand direction and market trends.
• Create product concepts, colourways and detailed specifications from initial idea to launch.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely product development and delivery.
• Stay current on trends, materials and construction techniques to enhance product quality.
• Apply technical knowledge of design and construction to drive decisions and optimise performance.
• Evaluate seasonal collection performance and consumer insights to inform future collections.
• Manage design timelines and conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Support other creative and design‑related projects as needed.

Required profile

• Established experience with a proven portfolio as a designer specialised in bags and accessories.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design.
• Strong communication, organisational and delegation skills, able to navigate between creative and business needs.
• Pro‑active, multitasker with the ability to prioritise.
• Reliable team player and team builder with a fun, vibrant personality.
• Willingness to relocate to Singapore if required.
