Head, High Net Worth & Wealth Proposition

About the role

Prudential Singapore is looking for a Head, High Net Worth & Wealth Proposition to define and drive its High Net Worth (HNW) and Affluent and Wealth proposition strategy. The role leads differentiated customer propositions, experiences, partnerships and strategic initiatives that strengthen market position, deepen engagement and increase share of wallet across HNW and Wealth segments. It works closely with Distribution, Product, Marketing and other business stakeholders and is accountable for proposition performance, innovation, governance and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end HNW and Affluent and Wealth proposition strategy, portfolio performance and governance, and define target segments, value propositions, customer journeys and engagement frameworks
• Collaborate with the Group Customer team on a Prudential Global HNW Proposition
• Lead the design and delivery of premium service models, advisory frameworks, bespoke offerings and value-added services, and improve experiences across acquisition, onboarding, servicing, claims and retention
• Drive growth and profitability across the portfolios, monitor performance and trends, and oversee portfolio reviews and reporting
• Assess customer needs, market developments, competitor activity and regulatory trends, and champion thought leadership and innovation
• Partner with Distribution, Marketing and others to run proposition-led campaigns, events and enablement, and establish strategic partnerships
• Provide cross-functional leadership across Distribution, Marketing, Customer, Product, Finance, Operations, Technology, Actuarial and others, and ensure governance, risk management and regulatory compliance

Performance measures

• Financial: APE and NBP performance, portfolio growth and profitability, share of wallet expansion
• Customer and portfolio growth: customer base growth, retention, engagement and loyalty, portfolio quality and segment penetration
• Proposition effectiveness: adoption of initiatives, customer experience outcomes, Wealth portfolio adoption
• Distribution and partnership: cross-sell conversion, maturity recapture conversion, seller channel engagement, partnership contribution
