About the role
The Head of Commercial will lead Sanad Capital’s commercial and sales team in Abu Dhabi, focusing on customer‑facing activities, remarketing of aviation and engine assets, and supporting new deal negotiations. The role aims to strengthen market presence through effective remarketing strategies and robust sales operations.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement remarketing strategies for each engine type and service.
- Lead or support repossession activities as required.
- Develop and manage commercial strategies related to operations.
- Ensure team compliance with approved policies and continuously improve operational procedures.
- Manage the sales team, including recruitment, performance management, development and motivation of staff.
- Oversee operational capabilities for remarketing and commercial activities, including customer contract negotiations and accurate contract reporting.
- Contribute to integration projects and provide input on Sanad Capital‑related matters.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for departmental systems, processes and practices.
- Support Emiratization by identifying skill gaps and providing on‑the‑job training, coaching and mentoring.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (required).
- Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (preferred).
- Management or leadership courses (preferred).
- 10–12 years of progressive sales management experience in the aerospace/aviation industry or a similar environment.
