Head of Commercial Operations (Merchandising & F&B)

About the role

The integrated resort in Singapore is seeking a senior commercial operations leader to oversee non‑ticket revenue streams across merchandising and Food & Beverage. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Attractions & Destination Experience, you will be responsible for maximising revenue, profitability and guest experience across multiple touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandising strategy, including product development, pricing, promotion and inventory optimisation.
• Lead visual merchandising standards to enhance storytelling and drive conversion.
• Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, from restaurants to kiosks, ensuring cost control, labour optimisation and high service standards.
• Partner with culinary leadership to define menu innovation, seasonal experiences and sustainability initiatives.
• Own P&L for merchandising and F&B, manage budgets, forecasts and capital investment plans.
• Drive digital and omnichannel integration, including mobile ordering, online retail and cashless payment solutions.

Required profile

• Senior commercial operations leadership experience.
• Proven track record in maximising revenue and profitability across merchandising and food & beverage.
• Ability to develop and execute integrated commercial strategies aligned with brand positioning.
