Head of Customer Advisory – Southeast Asia

About the role

The Customer Advisory Leader is a senior member of SAP’s Southeast Asia leadership team, responsible for guiding industry, solution and line‑of‑business experts to help customers design, launch and accelerate transformation initiatives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of subject‑matter experts to deliver end‑to‑end advisory services that drive measurable business value.
• Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to align SAP offerings with customer transformation goals.
• Champion SAP’s vision and strategic priorities, shaping the market‑unit innovation agenda.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic storytelling tailored to each customer’s industry and line of business.
• Engage C‑suite executives, establishing a shared, aspirational vision for transformation and securing executive sponsorship.
• Design future‑ready solutions that connect SAP capabilities to measurable outcomes, articulating why SAP is the partner of choice.
• Develop data‑driven business cases that demonstrate financial and operational impact, answering “Why now?” and securing investment commitment.
• Collaborate with SAP Services and broader ecosystem partners to ensure seamless execution of transformation plans.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in customer advisory, consulting or transformation services.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and inspire C‑suite executives.
• Strong strategic storytelling and executive communication skills.
• Deep understanding of industry and line‑of‑business challenges.
• Track record of designing and delivering large‑scale business transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to secure executive sponsorship.
