Head of Customer Service – APAC

About the role

Moët Hennessy is seeking a senior leader to head its Customer Service function across the APAC region. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, the role will define and execute a region‑wide service strategy that supports business growth, enhances the customer experience and drives operational resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the APAC customer service strategy, aligning service models, capabilities and operating rhythms with growth ambitions.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end order lifecycle—from capture to final delivery—for both sales and inter‑company orders, ensuring cross‑functional alignment with Sales, Demand & Supply Planning, Logistics and Finance.
• Integrate customer service into supply‑chain planning, distribution and logistics, identifying inefficiencies and leading transformation initiatives.
• Modernise service capabilities through data, digitalisation, advanced analytics and AI, building a high‑performing, future‑ready organisation.
• Act as the executive interface for key regional customers, partners and internal stakeholders, influencing service‑related decisions at senior level.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in customer service or supply‑chain functions, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong track record of driving strategic initiatives and transformation programmes across APAC.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior commercial, supply‑chain and finance leaders.
• Deep understanding of international trade regulations, transportation laws and local market requirements.
