Head of Cybersecurity (Enterprise Lead)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity leader to head the enterprise‑wide security function and support our digital transformation initiatives. The role will ensure the resilience, security and compliance of all ICT systems and digital services across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve the cybersecurity strategy, policies, standards and work plans aligned with business objectives.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
• Lead security‑by‑design reviews, secure solution architecture assessments and DevSecOps implementation for cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Oversee cloud security across IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, including containers, micro‑services and serverless architectures.
• Conduct threat‑based risk assessments, risk treatment planning, monitoring and reporting.
• Direct incident response, digital investigations and cyber‑resilience activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or ICT security management, including leadership responsibilities.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) required.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Security‑by‑design principles and secure architecture reviews.
• DevSecOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipeline security.
• Cloud security for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and cloud‑native technologies (containers, micro‑services, serverless).
• Enterprise cybersecurity governance, security architecture and operational security.
• Risk assessment methodologies, incident response and digital investigations.
• Knowledge of malware, ransomware, data leakage prevention, compliance and secure configuration management.
