Head of Data & AI (Regional)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Head of Data & AI to lead our regional data, analytics and AI agenda. In this senior position you will drive enterprise‑wide data transformation, enable data‑driven decision making, advance AI adoption and build scalable data capabilities that deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional Data & AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead enterprise analytics capabilities, delivering insights that support strategic decision making and business performance.
• Drive adoption of AI and Generative AI through practical, scalable use cases and appropriate governance.
• Oversee enterprise data architecture, platforms, governance, quality and security to ensure a robust and scalable data ecosystem.
• Partner with business and technology leaders across the region to deliver data and digital transformation initiatives.
• Build, lead and develop high‑performing regional teams across Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Science and Data Governance.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, technology partners and vendors.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience leading enterprise Data, Analytics or AI functions in large, complex organisations.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise‑scale data transformation and analytics initiatives regionally or globally.
• Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C‑suite and senior stakeholders.
• Hands‑on technical credibility combined with strong commercial acumen and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams across multiple countries is highly desirable.
