Head of Demand & Supply Planning – APAC

About the role

Moët Hennessy is seeking a transformational supply chain leader to head the Demand & Supply Planning function for the APAC region, based in Singapore. The role will shape planning capabilities, drive operational excellence, and lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) transformation across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional demand and supply planning strategy, balancing service levels, inventory, agility and efficiency.
• Oversee S&OP and S&OE processes, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and operational capabilities.
• Collaborate with global supply chain partners and wineries to communicate APAC requirements and support tactical decisions.
• Lead planning governance, risk management, allocation strategies and scenario planning to ensure business continuity.
• Manage planning activities for multiple channels, including travel retail, private sales, POSM and distributor models.
• Drive continuous optimisation of planning processes, inventory health and service performance across the APAC network.
• Act as a strategic partner to Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and Global Supply Chain leadership, providing data‑driven insights for executive decisions.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in demand and supply planning or broader supply chain management.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on operational execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives and improve planning maturity.
• Excellent stakeholder influence and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑channel planning environments in a fast‑changing business.
