Head of Internal Communications

About the role

The Head of Internal Communications will shape and execute the internal communications strategy for foodpanda, foodora and Yemeksepeti across 15 markets. Reporting to the CHRO, you will partner with senior leaders to craft clear, engaging narratives that align employees with business goals, drive engagement and support large‑scale transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the regional internal communications strategy, aligning messaging with business priorities and transformation initiatives.
• Translate complex strategy, performance updates and operational developments into compelling narratives for diverse employee audiences.
• Plan and execute communication for organizational change, ensuring clarity, empathy and disciplined cascade.
• Design and elevate employee engagement formats such as town halls, leadership forums and interactive initiatives.
• Define best practices and optimise the internal communications ecosystem, including channels, cadence and quality standards across markets.
• Act as a strategic partner to C‑level, People & Culture and functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Drive AI adoption as an innovation tool within communications.
• Establish success metrics (attendance, engagement scores, channel performance) and use data to continuously improve impact.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in Internal or Corporate Communications, preferably in a regional or multi‑market setting.
• Proven track record partnering with senior executives and C‑suite leaders.
• Demonstrated execution excellence during complex organizational change.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in English.
