Head of IT and Cybersecurity

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of IT & Cybersecurity to define and execute the technology and security strategy for the organisation. You will own the end‑to‑end IT infrastructure, ensure a resilient cyber‑defence posture, and lead a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the infrastructure roadmap across end‑user devices, networks, data‑centre and cloud environments.
• Oversee daily IT operations, service management and vendor performance to maintain high system uptime.
• Develop and execute the cybersecurity strategy, including security architecture, threat and vulnerability management, incident response and SOC monitoring.
• Establish security policies, standards and governance frameworks (e.g., PDPA, ISO 27001, NIST) and report risks to senior leadership.
• Lead security design reviews, advise on secure configurations, IAM, network segmentation and secure cloud adoption.
• Manage technology and security vendors, conduct third‑party risk assessments and ensure SLA compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, resolve findings and improve control maturity.
• Lead, mentor and develop infrastructure, support and security teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous skill uplift.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of progressive experience in infrastructure, cybersecurity or technology risk, with recent senior leadership responsibility.
• Strong background in network and cloud infrastructure operations, IT service management and cybersecurity governance.
• Proven track record leading security operations, vulnerability management, incident response and security architecture initiatives.
