Head of Organic Marketing (Singapore & Hong Kong)

About the role

MoneySmart, Southeast Asia’s leading personal finance platform, is seeking a senior leader to own and scale its organic acquisition strategy across Singapore and Hong Kong. This hands‑on, commercially accountable role will drive user growth by turning organic search, AI‑mediated discovery and related channels into a core revenue engine.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional organic marketing strategy with explicit revenue targets for Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Own end‑to‑end SEO for Singapore and provide strategic oversight for Hong Kong, including technical optimisation, content briefing and on‑site mechanics.
• Integrate SEO, content, organic social, referral loops and AI‑driven search surfaces into a unified acquisition system.
• Build MoneySmart’s authority on emerging AI search platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini) and define measurement frameworks for these channels.
• Lead and mentor a local organic team while influencing standards and priorities across both markets.
• Collaborate closely with the Group Head of Marketing to align organic acquisition with broader marketing objectives.

Required profile

• Senior‑level marketer with proven commercial accountability for organic growth.
• Deep expertise in SEO and a forward‑looking understanding of AI‑mediated search discovery.
• Strong strategic thinker who can translate complex acquisition systems into measurable results.
• Effective player‑coach who can execute directly while leading a team.
