Head of Product – Luxury eCommerce

About the role

2‑TIMES is seeking a senior product leader to shape the go‑to‑market strategy for its luxury online retail and event‑based private shopping platform. Reporting to the VP of Technology, you will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle across web, mobile and microsite experiences, driving both short‑term launches and long‑term roadmap vision.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and development lifecycle for all digital assets, from ideation through release management and iteration.
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps for multi‑platform eCommerce and content systems.
• Research market‑disrupting technologies, build business cases, and pitch initiatives to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, data scientists and operations to deliver subscription‑based eCommerce solutions.
• Establish pricing strategies, KPIs and monitor feature performance to ensure customer value.
• Mentor product and CRM team members, fostering cross‑functional problem solving.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product teams in eCommerce or luxury retail environments.
• Strong understanding of subscription‑based business models and digital customer journeys.
• Ability to translate user insights into actionable product improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to work with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
