Head of Retail Sales / Senior Retail Manager

About the role

Leica is seeking a Head of Retail Sales / Senior Retail Manager to own and grow its multi‑store retail network and e‑commerce business. This hands‑on leader will act as a brand ambassador, driving sales, coaching teams, and ensuring every client interaction reflects Leica’s heritage and precision.

Key responsibilities

• Treat each store as an independent business, identifying growth opportunities and driving commercial results.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams, setting clear standards and accountability.
• Maintain operational discipline across inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and compliance.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with VIP and high‑potential clients, handling complaints with care.
• Collaborate with mall partners and internal stakeholders to support overall business expansion.
• Analyse sales KPIs, conversion rates, stock movement and translate data into actionable plans.
