Head of Salesforce

About the role

As the Salesforce Head you will own the strategic vision, platform architecture and global execution of our Salesforce ecosystem across 16 international markets in the EU, Turkey and APAC. Reporting to the Regional Director of Digital Sales, you will lead a multidisciplinary team and be accountable for the function’s performance, operating model and long‑term capability.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the operating model for the Salesforce function across 16 markets, defining team structure, workstream ownership and prioritisation frameworks.
• Set and drive the long‑term product and platform strategy, translating regional commercial goals into a multi‑quarter roadmap.
• Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team, building succession and raising leadership capability.
• Manage capacity and bandwidth, balancing demand, resolving conflicting KPIs and making transparent trade‑off decisions.
• Partner with product, commercial and operational leaders to ensure Salesforce solutions deliver measurable business impact.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of overall experience, including 6–8 years leading teams with clear accountability for performance.
• Deep Salesforce expertise across platform architecture, customisation and integration, with a track record of delivering complex multi‑stakeholder programmes.
• Hands‑on credibility as a power user, configurator or administrator, able to translate commercial requirements into system design.
• Proven senior‑level stakeholder management, influencing across functions and up to regional leadership.
• Strong capacity‑ and dependency‑management skills, prioritising competing demands under ambiguity.
