About the role

We are seeking a Head of Technology to lead our enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and security initiatives. The role will shape technology strategy, drive engineering excellence, and ensure robust service delivery across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and security architecture and initiatives.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Provide strong technical leadership to the technology team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions through strategic thinking.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners to secure optimal solutions and services.
• Maintain broad knowledge of current technology trends, infrastructure, and digital disciplines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture or Infrastructure leadership roles.
• Strong technical background in virtualised environments, cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technology strategy.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Leadership, mentorship, and team management capabilities.
• Understanding of ITIL best practices, project management, and service delivery.
• Experience managing vendors and partners.
