Healthcare Assistant – Spa Massage Therapist

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our authentic spa outlet in Singapore. The role involves delivering professional body and foot massage treatments while upholding the highest standards of service and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistent, high‑quality spa massages (body or foot) in line with spa standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of treatment rooms and all spa facilities.
• Prepare treatment products, manage inventory, and ensure towels and supplies are stocked.
• Handle customer queries and concerns politely and efficiently.
• Follow instructions from the Spa Manager and adhere to all operational procedures.

Required profile

• Possession of an ITEC, WSQ, or equivalent massage certification (vocational certificates are welcomed).
• Minimum three years of relevant experience, including foot reflexology and body massage.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and overtime as required.
• Ability to tolerate body and foot odours and perform daily housekeeping and sanitisation.
• Pleasant personality, hardworking attitude, and openness to learning traditional Chinese massage techniques.
