About the role

We are looking for a Heat Treat Operator to join our aerospace precision engineering team. You will operate and monitor heat‑treatment furnaces, ensuring that aerospace components are processed to exact specifications while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor heat‑treatment furnaces according to defined specifications.
• Load and unload aerospace parts, ensuring correct heat‑treatment cycles are applied.
• Record process data and maintain accurate quality documentation.
• Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance.
• Verify that treated parts meet aerospace quality standards.

Required profile

• Experience in heat treatment or metal processing.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and good teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work overtime or shift schedules.
