Quality System Compliance Specialist

About the role

The Quality System Compliance Specialist will develop, modify and maintain quality evaluation and control systems for aerospace products and processes. Working onsite at the Singapore facility, you will ensure that all products meet regulatory and customer requirements while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, modify and apply quality evaluation, control systems and protocols for materials and finished products.
• Analyse testing and inspection plans, recommend corrective actions for non‑conformities and design issues.
• Utilise continuous‑improvement tools to manage risk in product maintenance and process change.
• Review and ensure process control documentation complies with contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Design testing plans, methods and equipment in collaboration with product design teams.
• Lead proactive quality initiatives, escape‑management procedures and root‑cause analysis.
• Implement engineering changes to resolve customer‑raised quality issues.
• Develop new inspection technologies and ensure compliance with CAAS, CAAC, EASA, FAA, CAAT and CAAV regulations.

Required profile

• Experience in aerospace or defence quality systems and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of PPAP core elements such as PFMEA, MSA, process flow and control plans.
• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action implementation.
• Ability to work collaboratively across design, engineering and production teams.
