Quality Engineer – Manufacturing & QMS

About the role

The Quality Engineer will lead quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and suppliers. You will ensure product and process quality meet customer requirements and drive continuous improvement through Kaizen and data‑driven analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Drive quality improvement projects using Kaizen and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to enhance product and process quality.
• Monitor and support manufacturing quality KPIs aligned with customer requirements.
• Analyze internal defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support QMS activities, ISO implementation, and internal audits.
• Assist with customer audits, certification requirements, and quality compliance initiatives.
• Investigate customer complaints and coordinate resolutions with relevant parties.
• Recommend and implement solutions to improve operational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Quality Management Systems and ISO standards.
• Proven ability to handle customer quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
