High Clienteling Manager – Senior Manager (Singapore & Malaysia)

About the role

The High Clienteling Manager / Senior Manager will act as a growth engine for top‑client acquisition, conversion and value creation across Singapore and Malaysia for Guerlain. This position is accountable for driving top‑client revenue growth, pipeline development and exceptional bespoke sales.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of top clients, ensuring consistent conversion into active spending clients.
• Design and execute high‑impact activations across boutiques, events and partner platforms to boost engagement and sales.
• Identify and close high‑value sales opportunities, including Exceptional Pieces and bespoke offerings, through personalised curation and storytelling.
• Develop and activate strategic partnerships that generate qualified leads and align with Guerlain’s luxury positioning.
• Collaborate closely with retail teams to elevate top‑client engagement and conversion.
• Monitor client performance, provide insights and support additional business priorities as required.

Required profile

• Proven track record in luxury sales or high‑value client management, with direct exposure to UHNW or VIC clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and close high‑value transactions.
• Experience in partnerships, business development or private client management within luxury or banking sectors.
• Minimum 7 years of clienteling, CRM and business development experience in the luxury goods or retail industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on conversion, pipeline management and revenue delivery.
