Hotel Housekeeper (Full‑Time)

About the role

Join a dynamic hotel team as a full‑time Housekeeper, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort across rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including bed‑making, vacuuming, dusting and replenishing amenities.
• Sanitize and restock bathroom facilities, change linens and towels according to company standards.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report damages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, corridors, elevators, restaurants and other public spaces.
• Perform floor care such as sweeping, mopping, buffing and carpet cleaning.
• Sanitize high‑touch areas, empty trash bins and manage waste disposal safely.
• Handle guest requests, lost‑and‑found items and participate in deep‑cleaning projects.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and move items up to 30 kg during cleaning tasks.
• Capable of working independently and meeting KPI‑driven turnaround times.
• Willingness to work a 6‑day rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene protocols for handling cleaning chemicals.
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) in a hotel environment.
