Hotel Maintenance Technician

About the role

Join the engineering team at COMO Metropolitan Singapore as a Maintenance Technician. You will ensure the smooth operation of all hotel facilities, responding quickly to guest needs and maintaining high standards of safety and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to guest feedback and service requests.
• Inspect MEP plant rooms and related systems.
• Record utility consumption data.
• Perform daily routine inspections of public areas.
• Carry out preventive maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, F&B outlets, and function rooms.
• Diagnose breakdowns and repair equipment.
• Respond to emergency incidents promptly.

Required profile

• Higher NITEC or NITEC in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in hotel or commercial building maintenance.
• Willingness to work weekends, shifts and public holidays.
• Training in First Aid and fire response for the workplace.

Required skills

• MEP systems inspection and maintenance.
• Preventive maintenance procedures.
• Equipment troubleshooting and repair.
