Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Figment is looking for a hands‑on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the cleaning operations across its boutique heritage shophouse portfolio in Singapore. You will ensure every home is guest‑ready to boutique‑hotel standards while shaping the overall housekeeping culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, handling rosters, training and daily oversight.
• Manage move‑in and move‑out turnovers, coordinating linen, towels and essential supplies.
• Perform daily and weekly inspections of studios, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas, coaching the team to resolve issues immediately.
• Maintain and update housekeeping SOPs for interiors and building façades.
• Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies, linen and consumables across the portfolio.
• Clean at least one house per day to stay connected with operational standards.

Required profile

• Detail‑obsessed and highly organised.
• Commercially aware with strong follow‑up skills.
• Pride in heritage architecture and boutique‑hotel presentation.
• Comfortable managing rosters, checklists, vendor relationships and mobile inspection tools.
• Confident in delivering firm conversations with team members and contractors.
