Housekeeping Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The St. Regis Singapore is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across guest rooms, public areas, and pool facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect rooms, public areas and pool after cleaning to verify quality standards.
• Run sold‑room reports, verify room status, identify discrepancies and prioritize cleaning tasks.
• Coordinate daily activities with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry teams.
• Document and resolve room discrepancies, prepare and communicate room‑assignment changes.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation and employee coaching.
• Follow safety, security and company policies; report maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs and assist guests with disabilities.
• Complete required paperwork and handover information to the next shift.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant housekeeping experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using computers and point‑of‑sale systems for data entry and reporting.
