HR Advisor

About the role

RTX is seeking an HR Advisor to join its Enterprise People Services team in Singapore. The role supports both Singapore and New Zealand operations across multiple specialist HR services, providing expert guidance and transactional support to people managers and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver complex HR advisory and transactional support across Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Relations and Reporting.
• Serve as the first point of contact for people managers, ensuring high‑quality customer service.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on Singapore HR policies, processes and procedures.
• Contribute to process optimisation, documentation and knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, COE partners, vendors and business‑unit HR partners.
• Monitor SLA metrics and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds targets.
• Apply the CORE framework to continuously improve process quality and compliance.
• Adhere to corporate data protection and confidentiality policies.

Required profile

• Broad HR generalist experience with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Proactive, energetic and collaborative approach to handling multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and across diverse stakeholder groups.
