HR Engagement & Campus Intern

About the role

Grab's People Operations team manages organisational change and enhances the employee experience through data-driven insights. As an HR Engagement Intern, you will help build the internal culture and manage the end-to-end experience for interns and the Grabber community. This is a full-time internship from January to May/June 2027, fully onsite at Grab One North.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end intern lifecycle in Singapore, from initial hiring and onboarding to engagement activities during the internship.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of employee culture activities, focusing on wellness, inclusivity and professional development programmes.
• Write and design editorial content for internal channels, including email announcements and intranet updates.
• Evaluate engagement metrics and use data to assess programme effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with partners to refine HR processes and improve the workplace experience using workflow automations and AI.

Required profile

• Current undergraduate student in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Ability to organise project timelines and coordinate with multiple partners to deliver engagement activities on time.
• Clear, concise writing for diverse audiences with consistent branding across internal platforms.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Creative tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for internal assets.
• Applying AI solutions to automate routine HR tasks.
