HR Executive

About the role

LVMH is hiring an HR Executive in Singapore, reporting to the HR Operations Manager. The role supports human resources operations across employee mobility, onboarding, HRIS data management, employee engagement and general HR support.

Key responsibilities

• Mobility: coordinate employee transfers, including shipping vendors, temporary accommodation, flights, school enrolment and fee payments, and liaise with HRBPs and the Compensation & Benefits team on relocation policies and work permits
• Onboarding: prepare appointment letters and addendums, set up travel portal accounts, manage benefits enrolment, coordinate orientation and improve onboarding based on new hire feedback
• HRIS data management: maintain accurate employee records, support data checks and help generate HR reports
• Employee engagement: run engagement strategies, team-building activities and surveys
• General HR support: manage work pass applications and renewals, advise employees on HR policies and assist with HR projects and ad hoc matters

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Prior HR operations, mobility, onboarding or general HR experience is an advantage
• Good understanding of HR processes, employee documentation and work pass matters
• Detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information and work independently and in a team

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Comfortable with HR systems, data entry and reporting; prior SAP or similar HR system experience is an advantage
