HR Executive (Payroll & Admin)

About the role

A full-time HR Executive position based in the Central Region of Singapore, focused on payroll processing and HR administration. The role covers end-to-end payroll, employee records, onboarding and offboarding support, and compliance with Singapore labour law.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including salary computation and statutory submissions
• Ensure accurate and timely calculation of overtime, leave and payroll adjustments
• Resolve payroll-related matters clearly and promptly
• Maintain and update employee payroll records
• Handle HR enquiries on leave and employee benefits
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Prepare HR reports, payroll summaries and statutory filings with precision and confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and Singapore labour law

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and HR administration
• Knowledge of the Employment Act, CPF Act and IRAS
• Able to start work immediately is a plus
