HR Generalist

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll administration, and basic IT support for laptop logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of all HR matters.
• Support recruitment activities: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling.
• Manage onboarding processes and new‑employee orientation.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Handle payroll, overtime claims, CPF/IR8A submissions and other government filings.
• Provide basic IT support for laptop inventory, procurement and deployment.
• Assist with employee relations initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare regular HR reports and analysis, including attrition and climate surveys.
• Support implementation of HR policies, programs and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in recruitment or HR.
• High energy, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and positive attitude.
• Well‑presented and professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
