About the role

The HR Generalist Officer will support both core HR functions and payroll operations for a large employee base across Singapore and overseas plants. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processing and smooth day‑to‑day HR administration.

Key responsibilities

Handle HR generalist duties and payroll‑related tasks.
Support payroll processing for overseas plant employees.
Perform first‑level verification and checks on payroll data.
Review payroll information for up to 3,000 employees to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain accurate and complete payroll records.
Support day‑to‑day HR operations and administrative matters.
Assist with additional HR duties and projects as assigned.
