HR Generalist – Operations & Talent Acquisition

About the role

The HR Generalist (Operations & TA) supports payroll, HR administration and talent acquisition functions, ensuring accurate payroll processing and smooth HR operations for Singapore and regional employees.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll, including overtime, allowances and deductions for Singapore and regional staff.
• Handle payroll matters for resignations, compute final salaries and respond to salary‑related enquiries.
• Maintain attendance records for blue‑collar employees and manage IR21 tax clearance for departing foreign staff.
• Ensure timely CPF submissions, statutory tax matters and preparation of annual IR8A forms.
• Generate payroll journals, labour‑cost reports and other finance‑related documentation.
• Track probation and confirmation timelines, prepare employment letters and HR documents.
• Facilitate onboarding for blue‑collar hires and support off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRMS and ensure compliance with internal controls and data policies.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of HR or related experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Meticulous, quick‑thinking with excellent follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to work independently with high integrity and handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
